Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot in Phoenix is seeking a Wine Steward to manage receiving, stocking, labeling, and displaying wine and spirits while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with at least 4 years of customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to answer questions from managers, customers, and the public.
• Interpersonal and customer-oriented mindset; capable of professional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Receive product and ensure aisles are stocked, labeled, clean, and delivered product is packed out.
• Demonstrate wine and spirits knowledge to assist customers in the branch.
• Enforce license limitations by selling only to customers licensed for items and enter license info into the system.
• Maintain floor displays and accurate pricing; keep shelves stocked and organized.
• Post signs and calendar of events; communicate inventory needs; travel to locations as needed.
