Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience with a focus on wine/spirits.
• Ability to develop product knowledge and stay current.
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to be cross-trained in other departments if needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions while providing exceptional customer service.
• Expand knowledge of wine and spirits to inform guests and suggest pairings with food.
• Merchandise and maintain correct signage throughout department.
• Stock and face shelves, coolers, and displays; inventory control.
