Responsibilities

• Exhibit beverage and wine knowledge; provide professional, gracious service to members, guests, and prospects.
• Stock the bar and complete pre-opening requirements; arrange bottles and glassware for display.
• Prepare garnishes, fruit mixes and pre-mixed drinks; mix and serve drinks to members and guests.
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation requirements.
• Maintain bar area and equipment cleanliness.
• Have basic knowledge of the Jonas system and club operations, including events and opening hours.
• Collect member name/number for drinks ordered; manage transactions in lieu of cash.
• Know the dinner and bar menus and be able to serve from both menus.
• Follow state/local laws and club policies for serving alcohol; maintain friendly, professional interactions.
• Assist in other departments as needed and follow department policies and procedures.
