Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets and operational goals.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Previous Beverage/Wine service in an elevated or club setting; wine knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the sales of store products with focus on maximizing sales.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Stock shelves, maintain inventory, and set up displays; ring up merchandise sales and perform cleaning duties.
• Support team members and work collaboratively to achieve department goals.
• Follow SOPs and store policies; fulfill orders placed over the phone and online.
