Eataly Houston is opening a new store and seeks a Wine Retail Lead to deliver exceptional guest service and wine expertise. You will educate guests on Italian wines, assist with tastings, and help stock and manage wine inventory.

Ideal candidates have strong wine knowledge, especially Italian wines, and prior wine sales experience. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Promotes guest service and product knowledge in-store.
• Strong wine knowledge, especially Italian wines.
• Experience selling wine is preferred.
• Able to adapt to changing store hours and busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly guest service.
• Educate guests about Italian wine and assist with tastings.
• Receive and stock wine and store merchandise.
• Assist with inventory, invoices, and requisitions.
