Job summary

Findlay Country Club in Findlay, Ohio is seeking a motivated Food and Beverage Server to warmly greet members, describe the menu and wine list, time service to perfection, and remember guests’ preferences with a friendly, professional attitude.

You will set up side stations, take orders, pour beverages, coordinate with the kitchen, verify prices and taxes on checks, handle payments, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 education.
• Two years of wait service experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Sets up side station and performs side work.
• Attends to members and guests upon seating.
• Distributes menus and answers questions about items.
• Takes orders and serves food and drinks courteously.
• Checks accuracy of prices, taxes, tips and charges on checks.
• Handles cash and card transactions per SOPs.
• Keeps dining area clean and tables reset after courses.
