Job summary

Side Saddle Wine Saloon in Atlanta is seeking friendly, attentive Servers to join our team. You’ll guide guests through wine, food, cocktails, beer, coffee, and non-alcoholic offerings with warm, thoughtful service.

In a Team Service Model, you’ll read tables, make thoughtful recommendations, stay organized during busy shifts, and collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure a memorable guest experience. Previous restaurant experience is helpful; wine or bar interest is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a restaurant setting (helpful).
• Willingness to learn about wine, cocktails, coffee and food.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and high-volume events.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and create an engaging dining experience.
• Guide guests through menus and confidently make recommendations.
• Take accurate orders and communicate modifications, allergies and dietary needs.
• Maintain awareness of your section and anticipate guest needs.
• Collaborate with bartenders and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Run food and beverages for your tables and teammates.
• Keep tables and service stations clean and organized.
