Job summary

William Chris Wine Company seeks an energetic wine ambassador to engage guests in tasting experiences that reflect our 100% Texas wines and terroir philosophy. You will showcase our estate vineyard, on-site winery, and historic tasting room while delivering memorable experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes sharing our winery philosophy, serving wine, and representing the brand during events and tastings with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine or hospitality sales and guest service.
• Ability to engage guests with wine knowledge and conversations.

Responsibilities

• Share our wine experience with guests by describing our vineyards and philosophy.
• Adhere to TABC requirements including avoiding overserving and underage guests; maintain current TABC certification.
• Sell wine and present wine club and experiences to guests.
• Enhance guest experience by pairing wine and food at events as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe work environment for self and coworkers.
• Complete daily duties like bar prep, cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
