Sixty Vines is hiring a Server to provide friendly, knowledgeable, and hospitable service, delivering food and beverages in a timely, clean environment. You will engage with guests, answer questions, and ensure a memorable dining experience with attention to wine pairings.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs, and completing opening/closing duties. A High School diploma and English proficiency are required; E-Verify participation is part of employment verification.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests.
• Obtain and update any required certifications.
• We participate in the E-Verify program. Employment eligibility is verified.

Aufgaben

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer.
• Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware glassware.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu and knowledge of drinks.
• Handle all cash and card transactions according to company standards.
• Deliver, place, and remove food from tables properly.
• Pre-bus and maintain tables throughout the restaurant.
• Communicate questions or issues to management promptly.
• Work with coworkers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties and reset stations for the next shift.
• Ensure proper sanitation and comply with alcohol service regulations.
• Participate in continuing education courses when offered.
