Job summary

Sixty Vines in Plano, TX is seeking a friendly, knowledgeable Server to deliver wine-centric dining experiences. You will greet guests, take and ring in orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining restaurant cleanliness.

You should enjoy wine and be willing to learn the menu, support hosts, handle cash and cards, and participate in ongoing education and shifts, with flexible schedules and rewarding tips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests.
• Obtain and update any required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer.
• Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware glassware.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including liquor, beer, and wine.
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables.
• Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, including other stations.
• Communicate questions or issues to management promptly.
