Sixty Vines Reston is seeking friendly, knowledgeable servers to provide exceptional food and beverage service in a vibrant restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, ring in items accurately, and maintain clean, organized stations while representing the brand's hospitality standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Stand for long periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Properly utilize a tray to assist in delivering food and drink items to guests.
• Obtain and update any required certifications.

Mansioni

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work, in proper uniform.
• Accurately ring in all food and beverage orders in the computer.
• Stock and replenish stations as needed, including polished silverware glassware.
• Assist guests with any questions or concerns about the menu, including knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine.
• Handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Execute proper food delivery, placement, and removal at all tables.
• Pre-bus and manicure tables throughout the restaurant, not only in your own station.
• Communicate questions or issues to management in a timely manner.
• Work with coworkers and management in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations.
• Set up the next shift of teammates for success.
• Practice proper sanitation procedures and follow alcohol service regulations.
• Participate in continuing education courses available to you.
• Maintain complete knowledge of the food and bar menu and host procedures.
• Ensure guests have the highest quality dining experience.
