Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service setting.
• Proven ability to lead shifts, coach staff and uphold hospitality and operations standards.
• Results-driven, trustworthy and team-oriented leadership style.
• Strong communication, organization and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts with clear communication and follow-through.
• Drive sales through exceptional guest experiences and service leadership.
• Monitor labor, staffing and productivity; adjust as needed.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering and cost-control tasks.
• Review financial information and how daily decisions affect performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized and polished restaurant.
