Sixty Vines is reimagining wine culture with a wine-country-inspired menu, wines on tap, and craft cocktails. We seek a hands-on Manager to lead shifts, uphold hospitality standards, and create an approachable environment where guests discover wine without intimidation.

The ideal candidate motivates teams, balances operations with quality of life, and drives guest satisfaction across a collaborative leadership team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Proven ability to lead shifts and coach Team Members.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality, wine and chef-driven food.
• Willingness to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead successful shifts through preparation, communication and follow-through.
• Drive sales through exceptional Guest experiences and energetic leadership.
• Monitor labor, staffing and productivity; adjust as needed.
• Support scheduling, inventory, ordering and cost-control responsibilities.
• Review financial information and understand how daily decisions affect restaurant performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized and polished restaurant.
