Job summary

Cooper’s Hawk Winery is seeking a friendly Bartender to bring warmth, knowledge, and craft to guest interactions. You’ll serve drinks, educate guests about the wine club, and help maintain a spotless, efficient bar.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of high-volume bartending experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar preferred.
• Strong communication and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic wine knowledge is a plus; willingness to learn is a must.

Responsibilities

• Arrive prepared with your station stocked, garnishes prepped, and all tools in working order.
• Maintain full knowledge of Cooper’s Hawk food, drink, and wine menus, as well as steps of service.
• Ensure opening and mid-shift checklists are completed so the bar is ready for guests from the start.
• Understand the Wine Club perks and benefits, and be ready to educate and invite our guests to join.
