Job summary

Fleming's Prime Steakhouse invites a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our wine and beverage program, ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a dynamic, high-volume setting. You will oversee staff development, P&L performance, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of polished casual or fine dining experience.
• Minimum of 3 years prior salaried management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years managing a wine and beverage program in a high-volume environment.
• Strong wine and beverage training experience.
• Level I sommelier (preferred).
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed restaurant department and developing associates.
• Implement security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Be the restaurant of choice by creating memorable experiences and connecting authentically with guests and winery/beverage initiatives.
• Drive restaurant results through beverage department P&L and initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest engagement.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and presented to high standards.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices with a culture of excellence.
