Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based sales professional to support off-premise accounts across Napa, American Canyon, Fairfield, and Vacaville. The role offers $27.00 per hour with opportunities for overtime and incentives, plus a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, executing promotions at retail, managing inventory, and visiting accounts regularly. Training, tuition reimbursement, and 401(k) with company match are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with related experience.
• Must be 21+ years old and eligible to drive.
• Reliable automobile transportation with auto insurance and valid license.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg product.

Responsabilités

• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinating displays and promotions.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation for freshness and shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes that meet monthly business objectives while actively acquiring new business and maintaining established distribution
• Accomplish timely and productive execution of sales plans and promotions at retail, securing trade support by communicating pricing and product promotions, coordinating use of product displays and point-of-sale materials, promotional events and other product promotion opportunities
• Maintain compliance with Quality Control and product code date standards
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts
• Manage accurate inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues
• Monitor product placement and rotation in both selling and storage areas to ensure freshness and maximize shelf impact
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 to 5 plus years of specific experience
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law.
• The employee must be able to lift products from 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg product.
