Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to support retail beverage outlets in San Antonio. The role involves early-morning start times, travel to grocery stores, stocking, and displaying products across assigned routes.

You will lift 25–50 lbs regularly and use company systems for routing and documentation. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required; 0–6 months of general work experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to stock, maintain, display, and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos documenting execution in accounts.
• Maintain backstock areas and consolidate products to support proper inventory and freshness.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9 am-10 am
• Pay: $18.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work: Active, field-based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across San Antonio

Position Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
