Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Austin, TX is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to stock, display, and rotate products at grocery stores and beverage outlets along assigned routes. This field-based role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift 25–50 pounds.

You will travel between backrooms and displays, use company systems for routing and account compliance, and document execution with photos. Schedule: 5 days per week including Saturdays; pay is $19.00 per hour plus overtime and monthly

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Requires reliable personal automobile transportation with valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display and rotate products on assigned routes.
• Transport products between backroom and display floor with pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance and account monitoring.
• Complete merchandising checkouts and upload photos of displays/backstock to document execution.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory levels and freshness.
• Additional projects or duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am-10 am
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work: Active, field-based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
