Job summary

Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a merchandiser to travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets, stocking and rotating products to ensure optimal shelf presence. You will move items between backroom and floor, use company systems for routing and documentation, and maintain backstock levels to keep inventory fresh.

A valid driver’s license and ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required, with 0–6 months of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable, personal automobile transportation with valid license.
• Must be able to lift 25 to 50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.
• High School Diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate, and maintain products on assigned routes.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Use company systems for routing, compliance, and account monitoring.
• Document execution with photos of displays and backstock in accounts.

Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma/General Education Degree
