Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a Merchandiser in McKinney, TX to ensure our products are stocked, displayed, rotated, and refreshed at assigned stores.

You will transport products between backroom and floor, use routing and merchandising systems, and document execution with photos and backstock updates. This role requires mobility, valid driver’s license, and ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds regularly.
• 0 to 6 months of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and beverage outlets to stock, display, rotate, and maintain product levels.
• Move products between backroom and display floor using pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company systems for routing, checks, and account monitoring.
• Capture photos of displays and backstock to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas to support inventory and freshness.
• Support additional duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license. Auto insurance coverage must meet minimum amounts specified by the company and state law.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience
