Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a full-time Merchandiser to service Austin-area grocery and beverage outlets. You will stock, rotate, and display products across assigned routes, traveling as needed and lifting cases while using pallet jacks where required.

In addition to a base pay of $19 per hour with overtime, employees receive monthly car and mileage reimbursement. This role offers a hands-on field environment with opportunity for growth within the Reyes family.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Requires reliable, personal automobile transportation. Employees must maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver's license.
• Must be able to lift, push & pull products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• 0 to 6 months plus of general work experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product is stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along assigned routes.
• Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck.
• Use company-issued technology and systems for routing compliance, efficiency and account monitoring.
• Accurately utilize company systems to complete merchandising checkouts, upload display and backstock photos to document execution in accounts.
• Maintain and organize backstock areas by consolidating products to support proper inventory levels and product freshness.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.

• Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week (including Saturday)
• Shifts: Early morning start times between 9am-10 am
• Pay: $19.00 per hour + overtime + monthly car and mileage reimbursement
• Work: Active, field-based merchandising in retail beverage outlets across Austin
