Flex-O-Glass is a leading plastics manufacturer and third generation family-owned company with over 100 years of business experience. Our company is currently searching for members to join our Production team as a Windup Operator who will work to provide support across our plant. This position will work within a team of other production staff and will be based in our Chicago, IL facility. This role will require candidates to be able to work 12-hour shifts.

We are currently taking applications for our day turn schedule of 7am - 7:15pm and nighttime schedule which is 7pm - 7:15am. Crews work three 12-hour shifts one week and then alternate to four 12-hour shifts following week providing 8-hours of overtime.
