Rapid Medical is a tech-forward logistics partner handling thousands of daily stops for labs, clinics, and health systems. The role covers Windsor to Denver routing with start times on Saturdays, handling specimens and ensuring proper temperature control, while using our driver app for real-time guidance and proof of delivery.

You will operate as an independent contractor with 1099-NEC tax implications, with compensation at $110.00 per day per route plus a sign-on bonus of $150 and weekly

Qualifications

• Own a personal vehicle (2016+ preferred) with valid license, active insurance, and clean driving record (MVR).
• Smartphone (iOS 13+/Android 11+) with reliable data plan.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Run stops using the driver app with navigation, scheduling, and real-time support.
• Photograph pickups/deliveries and log proof of delivery in the app.
• Handle specimens carefully and maintain required temperatures (room, refrigerated, or frozen).
• Contact dispatch immediately if items are damaged, improperly packaged, or off.

Contractors located within 15 miles of the start point, end point, or anywhere along the route are well-suited for this position.

Pay

• All-inclusive rate per route — mileage, drive time, and expenses are already factored in (no separate per-mile pay).
• Weekly bonus: $20–$100
• Training bonus: paid after 30 days with no call-offs
• Sign-on bonus: $150 after 30 days active with no call-offs
• Paid via bi-weekly direct deposit or same-day cash-out (fees may apply)

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Reliable and on time. Detail-oriented. Communicates quickly when something comes up. Comfortable adjusting on the fly. Delivery, rideshare, or courier experience is a plus but not required.
