Qualifications

• Willingness to learn windshield repair; no prior experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Openness to training and working with customers and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Inspect windshields for chips, cracks, and damage.
• Determine repair eligibility for windshields.
• Prepare damaged areas for repair and clean before work.
• Operate windshield repair equipment and cure/finish repairs.
• Maintain clean, organized tools and work areas.
• Protect customer vehicles during repairs and communicate professionally.
