AutoNation is seeking a Service Drive Glass Associate to identify windshield repair and glass replacement opportunities while delivering a consultative sales experience. You will educate customers on repair value, insurance options, and safety benefits, and coordinate with service advisors to ensure seamless scheduling.

The role emphasizes meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a professional service drive presence, with focus on ongoing learning of glass products and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of sales, glass, customer service, or automotive service experience
• Experience working with insurance companies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid in-state driver's license and safe driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in the service drive and inspect windshield/glass on incoming vehicles.
• Identify chips, cracks and damage eligible for repair or replacement and present findings.
• Educate customers on prompt repair, insurance options and safety benefits.
• Upsell glass repair and replacement services per pricing and policy.
• Coordinate with service advisors for smooth handoffs and scheduling.
• Document vehicle damage assessments and completed transactions.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs set by management.
