Job summary

Droisys is seeking a Windows System Administrator to support customer infrastructure and manage Microsoft environments. This role requires VMware/Veeam expertise, AD, and PowerShell scripting to keep systems secure and up to date.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with teams, and help implement infrastructure projects while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server and Windows workstations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft infrastructure technologies
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies including Hyper V or VMware.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, VPNs, VLANs, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and user related technical issues.

Position Overview

The Windows Systems Administrator is responsible for supporting customer infrastructure environments, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining Microsoft systems, and assisting with infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has strong Windows systems administration experience, VMware management, Veeam backup & Recovery, Active directory, Microsoft 365 cloud, PowerShell Scripting, system upgrades and migrations, patch management, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a passion for customer success and continuous technical growth.

Required Skills & Experience
