Job Title: Windows Engineer
Location: Multiple onsite locations including:

• 626 Lafayette Rd, Seabrook, NH 03874
• 6610 Nuclear Rd, Two Rivers, WI 54241
• 6501 S Ocean Dr, Jensen Beach, FL 34957
• 9700 Southwest 344th Street, Homestead, FL 33035

Employment Type: Contract through the end of the year
Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Responsibilities:

• Assist with system rollouts, imaging, and deployment
• Provide hands-on support, machine swaps, and ensure logins
• Document processes and troubleshoot break/fix issues
• Respond to tickets and travel between sites for onsite support
• Maintain system documentation

Requirements:

• Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10, Server 2016/2019)
• Troubleshooting and break/fix skills
• Experience with ticketing systems like SNOW
• Knowledge of iOS integration with Windows
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and pass a nuclear background check

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Windows Server
• Experience in nuclear or regulated environments
• Knowledge of virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V)
