Job summary

VT Group (VTG) seeks an experienced Windows Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain Windows-based infrastructure and enterprise cybersecurity platforms in a mission-focused environment.

You will support Trellix security tools, Active Directory administration, and DLP solutions, ensuring system availability, performance, and compliance across large enterprise networks. A TS clearance is required, with extensive systems engineering and cybersecurity experience.

Qualifications

• Top Secret clearance with polygraph is required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 16 years of experience in systems engineering or cybersecurity engineering.
• Strong enterprise cybersecurity operations and engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Trellix suite (ENS, ePO, EDR, TIE, DXL) and DLP tools.
• Proficiency with Active Directory administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience with enterprise databases, virtualization, cloud services (AWS, Azure).
• Ability to rapidly develop expertise with Trellix and related platforms.
• Familiarity with cyber threat identification, mitigation, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows and Linux systems in enterprise environments.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain Trellix security tools (ENS, ePO, EDR, TIE, DXL).
• Implement and support DLP solutions and network monitoring.
• Support Active Directory architecture and troubleshooting.
• Monitor, detect, and respond to cybersecurity threats using enterprise tools.
• Assist planning and modernization of system architectures.
• Tune performance and conduct root cause analysis for system and security issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align security posture with mission requirements.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance metrics.
