Job summary

Atlanticus is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join our Infrastructure & Operations team. The role focuses on Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, supporting enterprise desktops and serving as a Tier 2/3 escalation point.

You will collaborate with Help Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams to ensure a secure, reliable IT environment, performing patching, imaging, deployment, and endpoint management with strong customer service.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience supporting enterprise Windows environments.
• Experience with patch management and endpoint deployment tools.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including patching and health checks.
• Administer Active Directory users, groups, OU, and Group Policy.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Provide Tier 2/3 escalation for complex desktop and infrastructure issues.
• Create and maintain documentation and knowledge base.
