Qualifications

• Entry Level: 0-2 years of specialized experience
• Journeyman: 2-4 years of specialized experience
• Full Performance: 4-6 years of specialized experience
• Senior Level: 6-8 years of specialized experience
• Subject Matter Expert (SME): 8-12 years of specialized experience

Responsibilities

• Administers Windows server and workstation environments and supporting platforms to maximize availability.
• Supports LAN/WAN operations in line with CIO, communications, and security policies.
• Assesses proposed operating changes for impact to network and system performance.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex system and network performance issues with advanced tools.
• Delivers customer-focused support in multi-system environments and explains procedures clearly.
