Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking an Application Developer/Programmer to support a federal government client in Northern Virginia.

This on-site, full-time role offers a salary range of $120,000–$250,000 annually and requires TS/SCI with FS Poly clearance. Responsibilities include developing, testing, and maintaining web/database apps across the full SDLC, translating requirements, and coding in Java/J2EE stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS, IS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle.
• Relevant certifications in programming and development, cloud/infrastructure, architecture/design, or related tech disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develops, tests, implements, and maintains web and database applications across the full software development life cycle.
• Translates user requirements into end-to-end application/database designs with multiple interfaces.
• Programs in project-relevant languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, J2EE, JSP, HTML, XML, Spring, Hibernate, CSS, JavaScript, Tomcat, Git).
• Troubleshoots defects; documents requirements, procedures, and reports; communicates technical protocols to stakeholders; plans work and monitors delivery.
