KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking a hands-on WINTEL Administrator with 5–7 years of Windows Server administration experience. The role emphasizes SCCM administration, patch management, software deployment, and troubleshooting to keep patching operations healthy and within SLAs.

Responsibilities include patching across Windows Server 2019/2022/2025, resolving deployment failures, and providing break‑fix support.

Qualifications

• Strong Windows Server administration across 2019/2022/2025 environments.
• SCCM application deployment and patch management experience.
• Proficient in PowerShell for automation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with BAU/production support and incident/change/problem management.
• Understanding of patch deployment, client troubleshooting, and break‑fix activities.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server environments (2019/2022/2025).
• Perform SCCM administration including deployment of applications and software.
• Manage server patching and Patch Management using SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patch deployment failures and SCCM client issues.
• Perform post-patching validation and troubleshoot application/service issues.
• Handle break‑fix activities and resolve incidents within defined SLAs/SOPs.
• Troubleshoot basic VMware, hardware, and console issues.
• Work with HP/Dell hardware and associated management consoles.
• Apply networking/storage concepts and use PowerShell for admin tasks.
• Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Coordinate with various teams to resolve issues; provide status updates; participate in 24x7 on-call as needed.

The role will primarily focus on server patching, SCCM operations, resolving patching failures, application issues, and providing break‑fix support within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 environments.
• Perform SCCM administration, including application and software deployment.
• Manage server patching and Patch Management using SCCM.
• Troubleshoot and resolve patch deployment failures, SCCM client issues, and daily patching errors.
• Perform post‑patching validation and troubleshoot application/service issues.
• Handle break‑fix activities and resolve incidents within defined SLAs and SOPs.
• Troubleshoot basic VMware, physical server hardware, and console‑related issues.
• Work with HP/Dell server hardware and associated management consoles.
• Possess working knowledge of networking and storage concepts.
• Use PowerShell for administration, troubleshooting, and automation.
• Follow ITIL processes covering Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, storage, and other technical teams to resolve issues.
• Provide regular status updates and follow the defined escalation matrix for priority incidents.
• Participate in 24x7 support/on‑call activities during emergencies.
• Maintain proper documentation and follow established operational procedures.
