What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage Windows Server Environments: Ensure peak performance, apply routine updates/patches, and respond quickly to server-related issues.

• Oversee Hyper-V Virtual Machines: Deploy, configure, and secure VMs, optimizing performance and resource efficiency.

• Support End-Users: Provide technical assistance, document complex issues, and help users understand best practices.

• Optimize Systems: Implement and document performance-tuning best practices and ensure compliance with security policies.
