Job summary

Amatriot Group, LLC is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer for Windows Platform Services to ensure reliability, performance, and scalability of complex systems. You will support Windows Server administration, patching, and vulnerability remediation within a large enterprise environment.

The role requires 2–5 years IT experience, Security+ certification, and an active Secret clearance. Work is performed at client locations with an afternoon/night shift Tuesday through Saturday, supporting

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
2–5 years of IT experience.
Experience supporting Windows Server or enterprise IT environments.
Current Security+ certification.
Active Secret security clearance.
Afternoon/night shift, Tue–Sat.

Responsibilities

Maintain, patch, and support Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022 systems.
Identify and resolve OS, infrastructure, patching, and application issues.
Support critical enterprise applications in coordination with teams, customers, and vendors.
Perform Windows Server patching and IAVA remediation; ensure compliance with policies.
