Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of IT experience, with Windows Server or enterprise IT environments.
• Current Security+ certification; active Secret clearance.
• Able to work afternoon/night shift Tue–Sat at customer location.
• Strong communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Windows Server administration, patching, and operational support for Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022.
• Perform patching, IAVA remediation, and security compliance activities.
• Contribute to reliability, operations, and technical improvements of enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to support mission‑critical services.
