Job summary

• 2–5 years IT experience in Windows Server environments.
• Active Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Windows Server 2016–2022 systems and troubleshoot issues.
• Patch management and IAVA remediation across environments.
• Ensure STIG compliance and security policy adherence.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors to support mission-critical systems.
• Provide on-site support at customer location and sustain security and reliability of services.
