Job summary

UnityTec seeks a Windows Server Lead to manage end-to-end IT systems deployment and operations in Ft. Belvoir, VA. You will lead technical projects, coordinate with government stakeholders, and ensure implementation aligns with schedules and user requirements.

Requirements include DoD 8570 IAT II/III, Windows Server administration, and a bachelor’s degree with 7+ years IT experience, including recent projects. U.S. citizenship and DoD Secret clearance are necessary.

Qualifications

DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification is required.
Server Admin M and Domain Admin Z certifications (Cloud or Microsoft OS) are required.
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
At least 7 years of progressive IT experience with 5+ projects, including recent work.
Hands-on Windows Server administration experience.

Responsibilities

IT Systems Operations & Maintenance: full lifecycle management of enterprise IT infrastructure.
Technical Leadership & Project Management: lead projects and monitor schedules.
Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: liaison with government users and vendors.
Analysis & Quality Assurance: document analyses and ensure standards compliance.
