UnityTec in Ft. Belvoir, VA, is seeking a Windows Server Lead to join our team.

You will serve as a multifaceted technical leader responsible for the end-to-end deployment, operation, and maintenance of critical IT systems and infrastructure, coordinating closely with government stakeholders to ensure alignment with schedules and user requirements. You will drive project management initiatives, perform system analyses, and ensure technical solutions meet architectural standards and quality

Qualifications

• Hands-on Windows Server Administration experience.
• DoD 8570 IAT Level II or III certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• IT Systems Operations & Maintenance: manage lifecycle of IT infrastructure, on-site installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Technical Leadership & Project Management: direct project execution, oversee plans, monitor progress, and evaluate concepts.
• Stakeholder Coordination & Communication: liaison with government representatives and vendor/program staff to align technical solutions.
• Analysis & Quality Assurance: conduct technical analyses and ensure documentation meets requirements and standards.
