Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate secure, scalable application delivery platforms for internal staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup and help maintain Windows-based infrastructure powering Epic training environments and hosted client systems.

This role combines hands-on engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience deploying and supporting web hosting (IIS).
• Experience with remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Proficiency in scripting or programming (PowerShell preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
• Support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training environments.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and harden security across services.
