Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that power Epic training environments and hosted client systems. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup to build secure, scalable Windows‑based infrastructure and automate processes across teams.

This role blends hands‑on engineering with security hardening and cross‑team collaboration to support a growing set of services used worldwide.

Qualifications

This role requires experience deploying and supporting Windows Server‑based application infrastructure.
Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix).
Proficiency with scripting or programming; PowerShell is a plus.
Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes.
Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship; COVID‑19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic's internal staff, customers, and training programs.
Build and maintain secure, scalable Windows‑based infrastructure for training environments and hosted client systems.
Automate and harden security, collaborate across teams to support services.
Support Windows Server infrastructure throughout global testing platforms.
