Job summary

Epic is looking for a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms supporting internal staff, customers, and global training programs. The role combines hands-on infrastructure with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration, with relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.

You will join the Application Delivery workgroup and help build scalable Windows-based infrastructure powering training environments and hosted client systems

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with web application hosting (IIS) and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell a plus.
• Exposure to CI/CD deployment processes and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based infrastructure for Epic training environments and hosted client systems.
• Automate infrastructure and security hardening; implement scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate across teams to support a growing, global set of services.
