Job summary

Epic's Windows Server Engineering team seeks a talented engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs. This role is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation to the area.

You will blend hands-on infrastructure engineering with automation, security hardening, and cross-team collaboration to support a growing set of services.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IIS hosting and remote application platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming skills; PowerShell is a plus.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms for Epic staff and clients.
• Automate infrastructure tasks and apply security hardening.
• Collaborate across teams to support testing environments worldwide.
• Provide reliable incident response and customer-focused support.
