Job summary

Epic is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and relocation to the area is required; Epic provides financial relocation assistance.

Our Windows Server Engineering team designs, deploys, and operates application delivery platforms that support Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs, building secure, scalable Windows infrastructure, automation, and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying and supporting Windows Server-based infrastructure.
• Experience with IIS web hosting and remote platforms (Citrix).
• Scripting or programming proficiency; PowerShell is a plus.
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate Windows-based application delivery platforms.
• Build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure for Epic's training environments and hosted client systems.
• Automate and harden security; collaborate across teams.
