Job summary

Epic is seeking a Windows Server Engineer to design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms that power Epic's internal staff, customers, and global training programs. You will join the Application Delivery workgroup, building secure, scalable Windows-based infrastructure and contributing to automation and security hardening.

The role blends hands-on engineering with cross-team collaboration, offering relocation assistance to Madison, WI and a chance to impact training environments,

Qualifications

Experience designing, deploying, and operating Windows-based infrastructure for apps and training
Experience with web hosting (IIS) and remote platforms (Citrix)
Proficiency in scripting or programming; PowerShell a plus

Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and operate application delivery platforms to support Epic staff, customers, and training programs
Automate infrastructure, security hardening, and CI/CD processes
Collaborate across teams to support a growing, complex service set
