Cohere Technology Group LLC is seeking a Windows Developer with kernel-level expertise and reverse engineering skills to join our team in Arlington or Herndon, VA. The role focuses on designing and analyzing low-level Windows components to support national security and cyber defense missions.

Required qualifications include strong Windows kernel development experience, reverse engineering with IDA Pro/Ghidra/WinDbg, C/C++ proficiency, and an active ISA/TS clearance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Windows kernel development (drivers, low-level APIs, internals).
• Reverse engineering skills using IDA Pro, Ghidra, WinDbg, etc.
• Proficiency in C/C++ with debugging and performance tuning.
• Deep understanding of Windows OS internals and system architecture.
• Active ISA/TS clearance or higher (no exceptions).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement software components in the Windows kernel space.
• Perform reverse engineering of binaries to identify functionality, vulnerabilities, or behaviors.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, researchers, and engineers to build tools.
• Analyze undocumented OS behaviors and contribute to low-level system integration.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following security best practices.
