The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Windows server administration, Active Directory, system upgrades, and troubleshooting, ensuring high availability and performance of critical business systems.

Job Description

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments
• Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, and user accounts
• Apply system patches, updates, and upgrades
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Collaborate with application teams to support deployments and optimizations
• Implement security best practices, backup, and disaster recovery plans
• Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Batch, or Python)
• Maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Windows Server administration
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
• Experience with Windows Server upgrades and patch management
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
