Job Description

• Strong automation, scripting, and packaging skills for administration, process automation, and issue resolution
• Hands-on experience authoring scripts using PowerShell 5 and Batch
• Proven experience in remote deployments and Windows 10/11 system integration in a distributed environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Operating Systems
• Expertise in SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager)
• Working knowledge of networking concepts and secure protocols
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) and Group Policies
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to create clear and concise documentation
• Tanium knowledge is desirable (not required)

Support Functions

• Develop and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data collection

• Research, design, and recommend solutions to meet technical requirements
