Job summary

Iru is seeking an experienced Windows endpoint developer to design and evolve our proprietary Windows agent for secure, scalable endpoint management across modern enterprise environments. You will work with cross‑platform engineers and product teams to deliver performant, reliable solutions that extend Iru’s reach across Windows ecosystems.

Responsibilities include developing production-grade code, designing near-OS features with Windows APIs, debugging and securing system-level code, and

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Windows system development focused on secure, performant code.
• Experience with low-level Windows APIs, interprocess communication, and COM-based architecture.
• Proficient in Rust FFI and interfacing Rust with Windows APIs/C/C++ libraries.
• Familiarity with Windows internals: processes, memory, threads, I/O, registry.
• Experience building long-running background services/daemons on Windows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production-grade code for the Windows agent and tools.
• Design features near the OS using Windows APIs and system internals.
• Debug, optimize, and secure low-level system code in enterprise environments.
• Collaborate across macOS and Windows to ensure consistent architecture.
• Prototype and ship new functionality for endpoint visibility and security.
• Contribute to Agile processes, CI/CD, and code reviews.
• Write modular, testable, and maintainable code to improve reliability.
