Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries is seeking a Service Technician to support our Windows division in Northern California. You will diagnose, repair, and install windows and doors, delivering top-notch service from Orinda, CA. A physical role with travel may be required.

We offer training, a company van, tools, and a benefits package; compensation is hourly with a potential hiring bonus up to $1,500.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ recent window and door service repair experience.
• Experience with install and field mull­ing is preferred.
• We seek reliable, self-motivated individuals with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels.
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders.
• Perform AAMA-certified window and door installations.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training.
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations.
• Overnight travel may be required.
