Sierra Pacific Industries, a fourth-generation family-owned company in Northern California, is seeking a Service Technician to join the Windows division. You will diagnose field repairs, install windows and doors, and uphold high service standards in a physically demanding role, often with overnight travel.

The position offers training, a service van and tools, low-cost health benefits, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for within-company advancement.

Qualificações

• Three years’ recent window and door service repair experience.
• Experience with install and field mull ing is preferred.
• Reliable, self-motivated with good communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
• All applicants must be at least 18.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and perform field repairs and provide excellent service levels.
• This is a physical job that requires lifting, pushing/pulling, and climbing on ladders.
• Perform AAMA-certified window and door installations.
• Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
• Company will provide a service van, tools, and training.
• Meet or exceed customer’s expectations.
• Overnight travel may be required.
